Assuming both Servers on same network. Site is in ServerA working as "http://localhost:8000" and assuming IIS binding is http - all IPs unassigned-no hostname. Then , in ServerB you should be able yo browse to the site by browsing to "http://<serverAinternalIP>:8000" or you can even browse with name of Server "http://ServerA:8000". You could paste SS of IIS binding here, SS when browsing and it works and another SS when browsing and it does not work.
